* PLEASE NOTE: Check-in at Hostel One Les Corts Hostel One Notting Hill and Hostel One Budapest is from 15:00.

* If your departure is later, you are more than welcome to stay in the hostel during that day. We also have free luggage storage!

BOOKINGS POLICY

You can request Bookings via Hostel One’s website or by contacting Hostel One’s staff.

When requesting Bookings, you will be required to provide identification information including, name, email address, contact telephone number, credit card number and expiry date.

City tax is not included. Please note that city tax in Barcelona is 3.03€/person/night. From the 1st of April city tax in Barcelona will be 4,13€/person/night. Prague is 50 CZK/person/night. Budapest is an additional 8%. Porto 2€/person/night.

A different policy applies to confirm bookings over 300€. To confirm your booking, you will need to provide 30% of the total amount in advance. Payment can be through credit card or we can give you our bank details for direct debit. Your booking will be confirmed once payment is received.

We accept payment in cash or by credit card. Please note that paying with credit card incurs an additional 4% surcharge. If you don't have cash when you arrive, you have the option of paying later during your stay.

GROUP BOOKING (MORE THAN 8 PEOPLE)

If you want to make a reservation for more than 8 people, please contact us by email, We have special group prices!

Group Bookings are always to be paid in advance by bank transfer. 50% of the total amount is required to confirm the reservation. The balance will be paid 2 weeks before arrival. Cancellation or any modification must be done 4 weeks before arrival date. We only accept bank transfers. You must send us a receipt of the bank transfer to confirm the booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Standard Rate: After the booking is made, we will charge the 1st night as a deposit. This deposit is fully refundable, given that you cancel 2 full days before your scheduled check-in. Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay. If you do not show up for your reservation we may charge the first night of the accommodation to your credit card. 

Non Refundable Rate: If your booking is non refundable the full amount will be charged in advance. If you choose to cancel your booking, or in the case of a no-show, you will be charged the full cost of your booking. 

Cancellations are only accepted by e-mail and must be received by us at least 2 full days before the arrival.

If you have made a "non-refundable" reservation on hostelone.com, hostelworld or booking.com, you won't be entitled to a refund if you cancel.

AGE RESTRICTION

All our hostels in Barcelona have an age limit of 16-45 years old. 

All our hostels in Prague have an age limit of 18-40 years old. 

Sungate One has an age limit of 16-45 years old. 

Hostel One Ribiera has an age limit of 39 years old. 

Hostel One Budapest has an age limit of 39 years old. 

Hostel One Notting Hill has an age limit of 36 years old. 

If you are outside of this age range upon arrival to the hostel, we have the right to cancel your booking without refund of your deposit, as well as charging the applicable cancellation fee. If you are under 18 years old you will need to be accompanied by an adult.

2 - PURPOSE

For what purpose do we treat your personal data? We inform you that the personal data you provide will be treated in files in order to provide the services and / or information requested, newsletters and advertising. In addition, SIMBAD INVERSIONS, SL has surveillance cameras in different offices, the images are stored for 6 days (unless specific legal requirement). Only SIMBAD INVERSIONS, SL has access to the images. How long will we keep your data? The personal data provided will be kept as long as the deletion is not requested by the interested party.

5 - RIGHTS

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

• The interested persons have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes that were collected.

• In certain circumstances, interested parties may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defense of claims.

• In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, the interested parties may object to the processing of their data. Simbad Inversions, SL will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims.

• If you do not wish to receive a newsletter or publicity through your email, you can request the withdrawal by sending an email to info@onehostel.com with subject "low newsltler and advertising". In the course of 10 days you will receive a response as we accept your withdrawal.
